We are fortunate that Roger recently ran a series of mindfulness & meditation classes in our village. He put us all at ease & created a relaxed & pleasant environment in our village hall for getting-together each week & exploring the different benefits & practices of mindfulness & meditation.
Roger provided a good balance between regularly encouraging us to incorporate both into our daily lives, while also making us feel totally comfortable if we didn't. For some of us, making the time to attend the classes each week was a nourishing enough gift in itself, which gave us the chance to reflect on different aspects of meditation & mindfulness (personally & collectively) & enjoy some quality time of deep relaxation each week when Roger guided us through different kinds of meditation (lying, sitting & walking).
It was also a pleasure to meet like-minded souls!
